Congratulations on your appointment to President of The University of
Findlay! Selection of a new President is always an exciting time, but being that you will be the first female President certainly adds to this excitement. Your credentials are quite impressive, and you appear to have what it takes to move this University forward. I certainly look forward to getting to know you and developing a great working relationship with you.
Again, we are excited to have you with us. Congratulations.

Congratulations Dr. Fell! Welcome to the UF family.
Welcome, Dr. Fell!! I had the privilege of having breakfast with you and Roger while you were on campus for your interviewing process. I knew when I left the room that morning you were the perfect fit for UF! I am thrilled to welcome you and your husband to the Oiler family. As a member of the Alumni Board of Governors, I look forward to being able to work with you, meet with you, and plan for the future of The University of Findlay. Welcome aboard, and GO OILERS!!

What a treat it is to share the joy that you and Roger are now experiencing. I have always marveled at your strength and resilience as you birthed six children while you earned a doctorate degree. Congratulations to one that richly deserves all that God may bring your way. You go Girl!

Dee Dee SprawAlumnaDirector, Alumni and Parent RelationsCongratulations on your new presidency at UF. I look forward to seeing what will change at the University of Findlay. I hope that you can further the work that Dr. Freed has done during his tenure here, and I hope to see you advance as a president.

Congratulations on your new presidency at UF. I look forward to seeing what will change at the University of Findlay. I hope that you can further the work that Dr. Freed has done during his tenure here, and I hope to see you advance as a president.
My advice would be to get involved with student activities. Dr. Freed was at EVERYTHING and ANYTHING put on by the student body. He was and still is an avid supporter of marching band, wind ensemble, symphonic band and jazz band (as well as other ensembles at UF).
I will be sad to see him go, because of his involvement and uncompromising support, but I look forward to working with you!

Congratulations and welcome to Findlay. I have served under three presidents during my tenure at Findlay; you will be the fourth. The University has been like a home to me for the past 30 years, and I am looking forward to welcoming you to that home. I am proud of its growth and look forward to sharing your vision of the University as we continue to move through the 21 century. May God provide you and your family the guidance you need as you make this professional and personal transition.

Welcome to the Findlay community! I'm a very proud alum with a degree in psychology, who has moved to complete my doctorate in clinical psychology in Kentucky, but I will never forget the lasting impression UF created. The campus is a wonderfully close-knit community filled with students who are truly appreciative of living and learning on a campus where many of the faculty and staff demonstrate their desire for students to develop a lifelong passion for learning.
I was thrilled to see such a strong candidate chosen to serve as the new president of UF. I truly hope that you will find the UF community to be a great place to work.
I encourage you to attend as many student events on campus as possible. I know Dr. Freed was frequently seen at student events and even stopped in the dining hall during lunches to speak to the students and listen to their feedback about various campus events and improvements. We loved having a president who showed that he was interested in campus life and I hope you will continue this tradition.
So much has been done recently to continue improving and enhancing the campus itself and the academic programs are filled with professors who love teaching and students who love to learn. I look forward to hearing about how the campus is enhanced even more by your leadership.
Best wishes to you when you begin your new position on July 1st!Ashley Dutridge Evearitt ’09So pleased to have you as our leader! Am looking forward to working under your direction.Nancy BickfordPeriodicals Assistant, Shafer Library
