Throughout his career, Mr. Gaffney has gained extensive management experience in a manufacturing setting, working in plant management with Ball Metal until 1986, and as Vice President of Operations for American National Can.  His position at American National Can gave him direct operational responsibility for twelve manufacturing plants throughout the United States and Mexico.  Mr. Gaffney retired in 1999.
