The BEST grant will cover all tuition costs. The University of Findlay will supply email and universal access to all University technology services, Shafer Library, and the BlackBoard course management system. Individual participants will be responsible for:

• Hardware, software and internet connections
• Textbooks (approximately $150 per course)
• University fees (approximately $820)
• Class/lab fees (approximately $500)
• Travel expenses
• Praxis test fees ($130-$300)
• Fingerprinting/FBI and BCI checks ($30)
• Initial licensure fee ($80)
