Welcome to the graduate Human Resource Development Program.  The Master of Arts in Education with a strand in Human Resource Development will prepare you for leadership positions in training and development, organizational development, career development, employee assistance programs and adult education professions.

Numerous career guides list Human Resource Development as one of the top five career fields expecting growth in the next 20 years.  The University of Findlay has responded to the demand for qualified training and development specialists by establishing a highly marketable major tailored to the traditional, as well as the nontraditional student. Combining classroom learning with experiential learning opportunities, this strand will provide you with the necessary knowledge, skills, training and experience to work in a variety of settings.
