Your School Building Leader license is connected to the age range of your teaching license. Principals with Multi-Age licenses may choose two age ranges for their School Building Leader license.  The age ranges are:

• preschool-grade 3
• grades 4-9
• grades 7-12.

If you earn a School District Leader (Superintendent) license, you can be a principal in any age range.  You can also become a curriculum coordinator with the School Building Leader license.
