The School District Leader (Superintendent) program has an assessment system that incorporates the standards of its specialized professional association (SPA), which is the Educational Leadership Constituent Council (ELCC).

The assessment system for School District Leaders includes seven assessments:

3. Designing Comprehensive Professional Growth Plans
4. Interview, Problem, Analysis, and District Improvement Plan
5. Increasing Parental Involvement Project
6. Superintendent Internship Portfolio  
7. School Construction Project
