The Early Childhood Education Programs at The University of Findlay graduate program completers with a 100% passage rate on the Praxis II Early Childhood Specialty Test and on the Principles of Learning and Teaching (PLT)
grades PreK - 3.                         

Graduates of our Early Childhood Programs have a 100% passage rate on the Praxis III exam during their first year of teaching. This allows them to move from the Two-year Provisional Licensure to the Five-Year Professional Licensure in the state of Ohio by the end of the first year of their teaching career.

Early Childhood Graduates in the undergraduate and the post-baccalaureate programs have acquired fulltime teaching positions the semester following their graduation.  We have early childhood teachers as close as Findlay, Ohio, throughout our nation and as far away as London, England and Melbourne, Australia.  It is exciting to receive correspondence from our graduates as they keep in touch and let us know their exciting experiences in Early Childhood classrooms around the nation and world!
