Undergraduate Course Rotation
Undergraduate Early Childhood Licensure courses are offered in designated Fall and Spring semesters. To insure the availability of your licensure courses, it is suggested you follow this course rotation. Block classes must be taken together and are designated with an asterisk*. General Education rotation can be varied. A semester fulltime course load ranges from 12 - 18 semester hours.

To earn a Letter of Program Completion students must pass all four leveled assessments, maintain a 2.75 GPA, and pass the following:
____ Praxis II: Principles of Learning & Teaching P-3
____ Praxis II: Early Childhood Specialty Test
____ UF Competency: Reading, Writing, and Computers.
Post-Baccalaureate Course Rotation
Post-Baccalaureate Early Childhood Licensure courses follow a definite course rotation. Transfer candidates may transfer in some coursework for licensure purposes. As a result, you should always check with your Early Childhood Advisor to establish a licensure/degree plan at the beginning of your program.

Whether you are working on licensure or a master's degree or both, you will want to work with your advisor to establish your personal plan of completion.
