The following forms need to completed and submitted to Connie Leatherman cleatherman@findlay.edu in order to apply for student teaching.  Submit by October 1 for Spring and March 1 for Fall student teaching.  If you want to student teach within Findlay City or Hancock County Schools submit by August 31 for spring and January 15 for fall.
