The Physical Therapy Program at The University of Findlay participates in the Physical Therapist Central Application Service (PTCAS) for admission into the traditional curriculum. Potential candidates must begin the admissions process by applying through PTCAS. The PT program requires supplemental materials in addition to the PTCAS application.

Applicants must send Official University/College Transcripts to PTCAS.

The Physical Therapist Central Application Service (PTCAS) will provide a copy of the observation hour verification form upon request. However, all applicants must submit their hour verification electronically.
