How to Apply
TRADITIONAL APPLICATION PROCESS
The Department of Physical Therapy at The University of Findlay participates in the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service, known as PTCAS. Applicants seeking admission into the traditional curriculum must apply online using the PTCAS application. The PT program application deadline is November 15. All PTCAS materials should be submitted six weeks prior to the application deadline, November 15 to allow time for processing by PTCAS. Transfer students please keep your official transcripts current through PTCAS.

To create a PTCAS application account and learn more about the process, please visit the PTCAS web site at http://www.ptcas.org/.

Note: PTCAS is the only application needed for consideration into the Traditional Physical Therapy Program. There is no need to apply to The University of Findlay prior to acceptance.  Upon acceptance, successful applicants will then be required to submit a copy of all official college transcripts to The University of Findlay.

WEEKEND (PTA to DPT) APPLICATION PROCESS
Admission to the Physical Therapy Program is a two-step process:1. Applicants must first apply to the University of Findlay using the online Graduate application. Applicants must send official college/university transcripts to the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies. 2. A separate application needs to be completed for consideration into the weekend Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum. (This process should be started six weeks prior to the May 1st deadline).

Note: Admission to The University of Findlay does not imply or guarantee admission to the Physical Therapy Program.
