Traditional Physical Therapy Program 
Applications are available on July 15.  The deadline for applications is November 15.   All applications must be submitted to PTCAS.  It may take several weeks for PTCAS to process your application.  Therefore please complete your application well in advance of the November 15th deadline. Only complete applications will be considered for review.  Applicants will be notified of the admissions decision after March 1.  All decisions of the Admissions Committee are final. 

Beginning in the Fall 2011 admission cycle the GRE will be required of all applicants.  In order to assure timely processing please take the GRE no later than Nov. 1 of the year applying and use the code 1223 to have the scores reported to UF.

Admission to The University of Findlay does not guarantee admission to the Physical Therapy Program. The applicant is responsible for submitting all required materials.  


Weekend Physical Therapy Program (PTA to DPT Bridge)
The weekend Physical Therapy Program accepts applications from January 1 through May 1 of the year prior to planned enrollment. The maximum enrollment is 35 students.

Beginning in the May 1, 2011 admission cycle the GRE will be required of all applicants.  Please take the GRE no later than April 1 to allow timely processing.  The UF number to have the scores reported to UF is 1223.

All applications to the Weekend Program must be post marked no later than May 1st.
