Please read and download the following forms which include Application, Student Eligibility, Student Emergency to Treat, Residential Financial Aid (if applicable), and Agree to Participate.  These forms will need to be completed prior to participation in the Summer Honors Institute.  Once the application and confirmation of the student's eligibility forms have been returned to UF, we will mail to you a Student Committment to Attend form and a request for $189.82 (to cover residential cost) or Financial Aid form (if appropriate).
