Very few transfer students will be admitted to UF’s Pharmacy program. This information is not intended to discourage you, but to give you accurate and realistic information. Transfer students will be admitted to fill vacancies in our first year, second year and possibly to start our third year. As no one can predict the future, we cannot predict if we will have any openings.

Minimum standards to receive an application to the College of Pharmacy include 

• to be in good standing at your former institution(s)
• possess a minimum 3.0 accumulative GPA
• no grade below a C (a C- is not acceptable)

These standards are firmly held.  If you have attended more than one institution, an overall GPA will be calculated using quality points and quality hours from each institution.
