For the massage therapy portion of the curriculum, students must apply to the Blanchard Valley Academy of Massage Therapy. This process includes the following steps:

1. Submit a completed application form along with a nonrefundable $50 application fee.
2. Submit a completed Massage Therapy Preliminary Education Form and required fee.
3. Submit an official (stamped/signed) transcript of grades from the high school from which you received a diploma.
4. Submit a completed medical examination form signed by a medical doctor.
