The Masters Program in TESOL/Bilingual Education is nationally and internationally known for its quality in the following areas:

• All core classes are taught by highly qualified and experienced professors holding no less than a doctoral degree.
• Over 90% of our courses are taught by full-time University of Findlay professors. Your courses will not be taught by students pursuing higher degrees. 
• Our professors working for the TESOL/Bilingual program are bilingual.
• The curriculum was built with only the professional needs of ESL/bilingual teachers in mind. There are no extra courses from other departments.
• Students within the program come from a variety of backgrounds, both domestic and international.
• Personalized attention for our students is our trademark. This can be seen all the way from our advising of students to our one-on-one instruction in the endorsement exit portfolio and in the MA thesis projects.
• We provide unique volunteer experiences within our local school systems to supplement our master level in-class training.
• Many of our graduates go on to study at the doctoral level or find employment in both public and private schools located domestically and internationally.
