ternships, working with Findlay Media Network and student organizations, including the nationally aw
ard-winning PRSSA chapter; the Pulse,
and learn from professionals--not teaching assistants. Faculty members are experts in their fields and they practice what they teach, cumulatively bringing to the classroom over 150 years of experience in journalism, public relations, advertising, management, telecommunications and scholarship.
Faculty have worked with some of the nation's top media
(such as the
New York Times
and national morning television programs), traveled and taught around the world, competed nationally in oratory, been publishe
d in leading academic journals, worked at daily newspapers, and written for national and regional magazines. They are active scholars and practitioners engaging students in and out of the classroom.
