Internship Opportunities
Internships are strongly recommended to forensic science majors. Internships are generally sought between your junior and senior year in a forensic science laboratory or medical laboratories with state and federal agencies. Internships are also available in Washington DC through the Washington Center.
Internships serve as a valuable experience for students to experience first hand the inter-workings of a forensic or medical laboratory. This experience may also provide students the opportunity of further seeking employment with the agency they interned with after graduation.
