Welcome
Why do you want to study Japanese? What do you envision yourself becoming by learning Japanese? Do you want to go to Japan? When? How? For how long? Where?
We will walk through these sometimes difficult life questions with you all the way through your journey.
Our program activities start with the first meeting on Sunday evening before your first semester starts and continue beyond your graduation.
Study of language and culture is a life-changing decision. My life became far more interesting and fulfilling through my study of English and research experience in the United States. Now, it is my turn to help you make your life more interesting. It is our sincere hope that your experiences and Japanese study with us will open many new opportunities for you.
Welcome to the community of learning! The Japanese program will make your life busy. But, I am confident that you will never regret joining us!
Hiroaki Kawamura (川村宏明)
