Psychology
As a psychology major at The University of Findlay, you will learn how to think critically, communicate effectively, reason quantitatively and interact positively with others.
The program combines well with other majors at UF, making it easy for you to double major in another area such as:

- Health professions

- Communication
- Criminal justice
- A foreign language
For example, a psychology major combined with a criminal justice major can open possibilities for you in the areas of parole, corrections, security and law enforcement. Preparation for your career in psychology will also take place also outside the classroom with invaluable service learning experiences that are available through various local human service organizations, businesses, schools, the court system, etc. The senior capstone seminar will give you the chance to align your personal and professional goals and assets with a semester-long project, research study or extensive field experience. This project will get you ready for graduate school or for the world of work.
