I feel lucky to have had great undergrad teachers because I definitely feel that Findlay prepared me well [for medical school].

I transferred from a large school and a program where I was just a number. At Findlay I was not a number. My professors got to know me as a person and were always will to go the extra mile to make sure I had the best possible base of knowledge for whatever my future would hold.

My favorite part of the biology program at Findlay were the awesome professors and how they cared about you - both in their class but also your life outside of school. The classes were challenging and really made you understand the material. The first 1 1/2 weeks of vet school have been nothing but review. I also liked how we had the opportunity forhands-on research experience built into classes.

[Biology] really focuses on requiring courses that are pertinent to future endeavors. As well, it offers many more options than public schools for variety of classes.
