The State of Ohio has recognized The University of Findlay's computer science program as unique and student-focused. Receiving designation as an Program of Innovation our computer science program gives students a solid background in computer knowledge, combined with any of five areas of emphasis. This emphasis is an excellent foundation for a career or to prepare the student for graduate studies.

An Elite Certification
UF's information assurance curriculum has been certified by the Committee on National Security Systems and National Security Agency through 2014.
It is considered one of the elite programs nationwide, meeting the National Training Standard for Information Systems Security Professionals, NSTISSI 4011.
