Mathematics Student Presentations
Six mathematics students and six faculty members attended the Spring Meeting of the Ohio Section of the Mathematical Association of America at Bowling Green State University. Congratulations to Erica Keene, Dani Rohal, Kora Ridings and Ryan McDannell for their excellent presentations.
Math Day
The Twenty-second Annual Mathematics Day at The University of Findlay was held on March 11, 2009.
Judy Holdener spoke in the Multipurpose Room of the Alumni Memorial Union. She presented "Spiraling Seashell Surfaces" and "Spiraling Primes and Primary Spirals" to a receptive audience of mathematics students.
Members of the Euler Math Club enjoyed lunch with the presenter and the mathematics faculty of the University of Findlay between the presentations.
