The University of Findlay's Pre-Veterinary Barn is located at the Western Farm, about seven miles south of Findlay on Ohio 68. The barn is an integral part of the PVET Program's unique hands-on approach.

You will spend much of your first two years of study in the facility, learning practical animal handling such as animal husbandry, care, restraint, nutrition and animal behavior. At the barn and through your classes, you will establish a strong knowledge base in animal agriculture for your future career as a veterinarian.
