Developed a medication safety residency program in partnership with Mercy Health System of Toledo, Ohio
Launched a medication therapy management benefit for University employees in April 2008 in partnership with Blanchard Valley Hospital
Hired our first medication safety resident in July 2008
Provided authorship and editorial services to RxWiki through our Medication Therapy Consultation Center
Hosted a state-wide taskforce on patient safety in March 2008
Engaged in multiple research initiatives involving diabetes, pain management and asthma
Hosted John Miall, visionary behind the Asheville Project, for a University-wide presentation on using pharmacists-provided health care
Engaged in a patient safety research project in conjunction with Ohio University, the Ohio Osteopathic Association and the Ohio Pharmacists Association with the initiative funded by the Ohio Medical Quality Foundation
Developed an innovative experiential program
