Change or Challenge of Final Grades
After a final grade has been submitted to the Office of the Registrar, it usually cannot be changed unless there is evidence of an error in computation, transcription, or ethical misconduct (unjust or unfair treatment by a faculty member). The College of Pharmacy follows the University’s relevant undergraduate or graduate policies and procedures for changes and challenges of final grades as set forth by the University’s published policies. However, all final grade changes and challenges must first be reviewed and arbitrated by the Dean of the College of Pharmacy before being referred to the appropriate University officer or Committee for further action.
