The University of Findlay offers education degrees online and in the classroom.
Education majors can pursue a teaching license or endorsement in a specific area of interest.
Our program offerings include:
Teaching Licenses - early childhood, middle childhood, adolescent/young adult, multi-age and intervention specialist
Teaching Endorsements - reading, technology and generalist (added to middle childhood license)
Post Baccalaureate - (and undergraduate licensure programs)
Administration - principal, assistant principal and superintendent
Professional Development - educate and train adults in the workforce
Certificates - in high-interest areas
Undergraduates complete general education requirements along with professional education courses and field experiences. Students are in schools observing, participating and learning beginning with their freshman year. Our schedule provides flexibility in starting and completing your degree.
Students at the post-baccalaureate or graduate level engage in specialized combinations of courses to match their educational career interests. Our programs feature internships in schools, businesses or other community enterprises. Our faculty is made up of experienced teachers, educational administrators and human resource developers.
