The University of Findlay's College of Education offers licensure in the following areas:
Early childhood - In Ohio, allows you to teach age 3 through grade 3
Intervention specialist - work with children ages 5-22 with moderate disabilities
Middle childhood - grades 4-9
Adolescent/young adult -(AYA) grades 7-12. Integrated Language Arts, Integrated Mathematics, Integrated Social Studies, Integrated Science and Life Science
Multi-Age - (K-12) in Visual Arts, Japanese, Spanish, Physical Education and Health
Our faculty members serve as mentors and coaches and can answer your questions on the Ohio teaching licenses and adding endorsements for Reading, additional grade levels, technology or TESOL.
