Program entry flowchart

This flowchart shows the steps in the formal application process for entry into the health informatics program. Students will be assisted by staff of the Office of the Registrar, the Graduate and Professional Studies, and the health informatics program.
 

All steps should be completed before students can register for classes. Therefore, beginning the process as soon as possible is advised.​
