The healthcare management major at The University of Findlay is a broad degree that gives you a wide range of skills that enhance your employability. Healthcare management is a unique option if you are interested in a four-year degree in health care but do not wish to pursue one of our professional programs offered in the College of Health Professions. With this major, you can choose different emphases including:

  • Gerontology

  • Healthcare management

  • Physical education

  • Personal training

  • Psychology

 

With our undergraduate healthcare management major, you will have the opportunity to prepare for a graduate-level health care career. You will be considered for enrollment into programs such as athletic training or physician assistant. Healthcare management will give you fundamental knowledge about the health professions field and introduce you to the basic principles of patient care.

Students with degrees in healthcare management may move forward to graduate study or begin careers in:
