Facilities
Our new 31,000-square-foot Dr. C. Richard Beckett Animal Science Building at our Center for Equine and Pre-Veterinary Studies features a functioning barn, heated surgery room and nurseries, farrowing rooms, lambing room and demonstration pens with bleachers. It also houses two classrooms, a working laboratory, a pharmacy, offices for faculty and a lounge for students.

Faculty
The Animal Science program is comprised of industry-experienced, full-time faculty members who are involved with the teaching and development of the animal science curriculum. Class sizes are small and faculty members are available to assist and advise students on an individual basis.
