Timeline for Apply for a GA position

Important dates for 2013-14 Graduate Assistantship Process:   


  • March 8, 2013:  Approval/denials completed and notifications sent to faculty/staff/programs.   
  • March 11, 2013: Approved positions to be posted for students to apply.   
  • March 28, 2013:  Last day for students to submit applications.  Applications forwarded to GA/TA/RA supervisors for selection of students to fill the positions.   
  • April 15, 2013:  Academic Affairs notified by GA/TA/RA supervisors of students selected for available positions.  
  • April 22, 2013:  Students informed of GA award via official letter; final paperwork.
