Is there an admissions deadline?
Our graduate program has a rolling admission policy and does not have set admission deadlines. However, keep in mind that after students are admitted they can sign up for classes.

When do classes start?
Fall classes typically start at the end of August. Spring classes start around the first week of January. Summer classes start approximately during the second week of May.

Can I apply to the Masters program online?
YES! Simply go to www.findlay.edu and click on the Apply Now button located on the bottom right hand side of the screen. Be sure to select the Graduate Application and specify which graduate program you are applying for. 

Do I have to apply for admission if I am not seeking a degree?
Yes, all students who wish to enroll in a Graduate class must fill out an application and submit a $25.00 application fee.

 I attended graduate class at UF a year ago and now I want to re-enter the program?
Students who wish to re-enter the graduate program must fill out a Re-Entry application after being out for more than a year. This form is available in the Graduate and Special Programs Office.

Where can I view the schedule of classes online?
The schedule is available online at www.findlay.edu and pull down the Quick Find menu and select “UF Academic Course Schedule”. You will need to change the Program and Session settings and select the department or else you will see the schedules for ALL the programs.  This feature allows you to see how many seats are filled and the maximum number of students permitted to be in that class. An internet class is identified by INET.  

My company is willing to reimburse/compensate me for tuition. Are there any special forms for me to complete?
Student must fill out a company reimbursement form EACH semester, right after you sign up for your classes. This form is available in either the Graduate and Special Programs office or the Business office.

Does the University of Findlay accept graduate credit from other accredited institutions?
Yes, in most cases, UF can accept up to 9 semester hours of graduate credit from another accredited institution of higher learning. The credits must be comparable to the intended program of study.

Who do I speak to about financial aid, loans, or scholarships?
The first step is to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The University of Findlay code is 003045. All questions or concerns about financial aid should be directed to the Financial Aid department at 419.434.4791 or email at finaid@findlay.edu or stop by the first floor of Morey Hall.

Who do I contact if I am on a business office hold or have billing questions (itemized bill, fees, payment arrangements)?
The Business office is responsible for billing. Their number is 419.434.4690.
