Important dates for 2008-09 application process:

February 8, 2008:  Last day for faculty/staff/program to submit a request for a graduate assistantship position.                                    

February 22, 2008:  Approval/denials completed and notifications sent to faculty/staff/programs.                                    

February 29, 2008:  Approved positions to be posted for students to apply.                                    

March 28, 2008:  Last day for students to submit applications.  Applications forwarded to GA/RA/TA supervisors for selection of students to fill the positions.         

April 9, 2008:  Graduate Dean’s office notified by GA/RA/TA supervisors of students selected for available positions. 

April 18, 2008:  Students informed of GA award via official letter; final paperwork submitted to the Graduate Studies office.
