Important dates for 2009-10 application process:

February 13, 2009:  Last day for faculty/staff/program to submit a request for a graduate assistantship position.                                    

February 27, 2009:  Approval/denials completed and notifications sent to faculty/staff/programs.                                    

March 6, 2009:  Approved positions to be posted for students to apply.                                    

April 1, 2009:  Last day for students to submit applications.  Applications forwarded to GA/RA/TA supervisors for selection of students to fill the positions.         

April 15, 2009:  Graduate Dean’s office notified by GA/RA/TA supervisors of students selected for available positions. 

April 22, 2009:  Students informed of GA award via official letter; final paperwork submitted to the Graduate Studies office.
