To apply for a graduate assistantship for the 2009-2010 academic year please do the following:

2.    Print off a hard copy of the application form.
3.    Complete a hard copy of this form.
4.    Submit the completed form to Dean of Graduate Studies in the Office of
       Graduate and Professional Studies.

Applications are due by:  April 1, 2009
