To apply for a graduate assistantship for the 2012-13 academic year please do the following: 

1.    Click on the application form link below.
2.    Print off a hard copy of the application form.
3.    Complete a hard copy of this form.  You will need to submit an application
       for EACH position you are applying for.  Make sure that you include the
       position # number on the application or it will not be reviewed.
4.    Submit the completed form to Dean of Graduate Studies in the Office of
       Graduate and Professional Studies.

Applications are due by:  March 14, 2012
