Graduate Admission

Graduate Admission
The Office of Graduate and Professional Studies handles the admissions of all transfer students and all adult students who are re-entering or beginning college on a part-time basis (day, evening, online, or weekend). 

To apply:            
Admission to the graduate programs is handled through The Office of Graduate and Special Programs.            
1.  Possess a bachelors degree from an accredited institution.            
2.  Have a minimum undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in the last 60 semester hours of undergraduate work.            
3.  Submit an application form.            
4.  Pay $25 one-time application fee.            
5.  Supply three letters of recommendation                      
    (Not required for MBA or MSEM).            
6.  Submit official transcripts of all college-level work.            
7.  Include copy of teaching certificate(s) when applicable.            
8.  Fulfill additional application requirements as listed for each specific master's degree program.             

*Students for whom English is not their native language and/or who have not graduated from a University in the United States must meet the previously listed requirements plus:            

9.  Score at least 550 on the TOEFL

10.  Provide an affidavit of financial support (original), if not an American citizen. 

*For the TESOL and Bilingual Education Program - the Test of Spoken English is required.

Applications may be submitted throughout the year to begin any day, evening, online, or weekend term.
