• Schedule your transportation pick-up at least one week in advance by calling our office at (419) 434-4558 or emailing us at international@findlay.edu.

• Transportation pickup service from Toledo Express Airport is approximately $150.00 and $30.00 from the Findlay Greyhound Bus Station. Prices are subject to change.  This charge is payable at the time of service.

• If your flight is delayed, changed or canceled, please make sure you contact our office as soon as possible.  You may call the 800 toll free number once you are in the USA.  The toll free number is (800) 472-9502.

• A representative from The University of Findlay will meet your plane upon arrival.  Please look for the bright orange sign with our university name.

• Once you arrive on campus, you will be taken to stay in one of our International Welcome Houses.  Students have up to ten days to stay in the International Welcome Houses while deciding on whether they would like to live on or off campus during the academic year.  The Welcome Houses have a complete kitchen, living room, cable TV, computer access and a washer and dryer.  Students are charged $20.00 per night.  There is a women's graduate assistant who resides in the Women's International Welcome House and a men's graduate assistant who resides in the Men's International Welcome house. 

• Bedding packages are available upon request.  The bedding package is optional; however, if you would like to purchase a bedding package the charge is $40.00.  This charge will be applied to your student account.  Bedding packages are non-refundable.  Bedding packages include sheets, pillow case, pillow, blanket, towels and a washcloth.
