All
endowed scholarships are available to UF sophomores, juniors and
seniors. A limited number of scholarships are available to incoming
freshmen, and these scholarships are awarded as part of the regular
freshman admissions process. Endowed scholarships range from $500 - $1,500 each year.
Gertrude O. Anderson Scholarship
- Awarded to students who have a declared a major in nuclear medicine, occupational therapy or physical therapy
- Four to five scholarships awarded annually*

Catharine M. Bowen Scholarship
- Awarded to students studying in a human service or health-related area
- One scholarship awarded annually*
- Established by Catharine M. Bowen ’29
Dr. Frank R. and Mary Jane Cosiano Scholarship
- Awarded to students majoring in a health professions program
- Three to four scholarships awarded annually*
- Established in 1997 by Dr. and Mrs. Frank R. Cosiano
Richard E. and Jean K. Davis Scholarship
- Awarded to students in the physician assistant program who are from locales that are medically underserved
- Three to four scholarships awarded annually*
- Established by the family and friends of Richard E. and Jean K. Davis
Lois Annabelle Foltz Memorial Scholarship
- Awarded
to students majoring in a program in the College of Health Professions
or students majoring in an undergraduate licensure program in the
College of Education who have a 3.25 GPA or better
- One scholarship awarded annually*
- Established by the family of Lois A. Foltz
Nuclear Medicine Institute (NMI) Scholarship
- Awarded to students enrolled in the Nuclear Medicine Institute's one-year certificate program who have a 3.0 GPA or better
- One to two scholarships awarded annually*
- Established through the generosity of alumni and friends of the Nuclear Medicine Institute
Dr. Ann Whithaus Nuclear Medicine Institute Scholarship
- Awarded
to students enrolled in the Nuclear Medicine Institute's one-year
certificate program who hold a 2.5 GPA or better. Recipients must also
have good problem-solving capabilities and show an active interest in
the profession.

by Dr. Ann Whithaus as a result of a successful treatment experience
with nuclear medicine that was in part administered by graduates of NMI
