Below is a list of items you need to make sure and take care of before you start classes on Monday, Aug. 19. These items can all be taken care of during the Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of The Oiler Experience. Consider this as your first homework assignment!
_____ Business Office*/Financial Aid** 101 is your first “class.”

Study any information you receive from these offices. Keep track of and meet their deadlines. Successfully handling your finances is part of the college learning experience.

_____ Activate your Oiler OneCard. If you have problems activating your card please go to the Information Center (ID Office) located in the Alumni Memorial Union.

_____ Hook your computer up to the University’s system. Having trouble? Take your computer to the Help Desk located on the first floor right inside the front door of The Haven, 425 Frazer St.

_____ Make sure your meal plan has been taken care of. Go to Henderson Dining Hall to confirm that your plan is set up.
|
|
_____ Get your parking pass. Go to Lovett Hall or the Alumni Memorial Union Lounge on Friday night (Aug. 17) to set up.
|
|
_____ Turn in your Health Form (if necessary to you) to the Cosiano Health Center.
|
|
_____ Get your books and school supplies from the University Bookstore or Oiler Mart.
|
|
_____ Complete student employment paperwork (if necessary to you) in the Alumni Memorial Union.

|
_____ Find out where your classes will be held by looking at the room location on your class schedule and finding the room. It will be like a scavenger hunt!

All of the offices you will need during your first few days on campus will be open extended hours during The Oiler Experience weekend. The offices' hours are:
Thursday, Aug. 15: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 16: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 17: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday, August 18: Noon – 4 p.m.
