"Being part of a learning community is a tremendous privilege. As a member of the faculty, I have the opportunity to work with students, who are exploring life, learning skills, and creating possibilities for their future.

Findlay's church-based tradition complements the student experience. I believe a person's education is never complete until they have addressed such issues as spirituality, morals and personal values as part of the intellectual pursuits."
