As an educator you must have a passion for what you do and never lose touch with what your purpose as an educator is. For me, it is to recognize that every individual is a life long learner who should be recognized for their own particular learning and interpersonal styles along with their areas of interest during their learning experience. It is the responsibility of the educator to create a climate that is both safe and exciting, and that meets these diverse styles and expectations so the learner continues to hit the on switch and not the off switch and above all else, has fun during their educational experience.
