Fell discussed three main principles that will guide the University into the new academic year: focusing on the mission and vision of the institution; achieving participation in broad-based decision making; and giving attention to and respect for individuals. All of these principles, Fell stressed, will help UF educate students and give them the tools they need to be successful alumni.
“The most important evaluation we can get is from students and alumni,” Fell said.
