UF’s Circle K International Earns Awards

Findlay, Ohio, March 1, 2000 – The University of Findlay’s Circle K International was honored with two distinguished awards at the 43rd annual District Convention Banquet on Feb. 26 in Cleveland.
The first award honored the local Circle K for achieving the largest increase in membership growth over the last year. The membership has increased 128 percent.
The second award recognized the organization for having the largest membership in Ohio, topping all other colleges and universities.
Circle K International is a worldwide non-profit service organization dedicated to helping the community and those in need through volunteerism. This year, UF’s Circle K has been involved in various service projects, including painting pumpkins with Winebrenner Village residents, collecting gifts for Operation Christmas Child, adopting a family for Christmas and participating in Bowl for Kids Sake.
