Findlay, Ohio, Sept. 28, 2000 ­ The University of Findlay’s Instrumental Music Area will host a master class in brass music performance on Tuesday, Oct. 10, from 1 to 2 p.m. in Ritz Auditorium, Old Main Hall.

Guest lecturer will be James H. Winter, professor emeritus at California State University at Fresno and retired French hornist with the Fresno Philharmonic. His lecture, entitled "Reminiscences and One-Liners," will focus on performance techniques in all areas of instrumental music performance.

The lecture is free and open to the public.
