Findlay, Ohio, Nov.1, 2000 – The University of Findlay Senior Art Exhibition will be held in the Dudley and Mary Marks Lea Gallery, located in the Virginia B. Gardner Fine Arts Pavilion, Nov. 6 through Dec. 8. An opening reception will be held Nov. 5.
Works from the following seniors will be on display: Christine Christman, Maggie Cohen, Heather Leader and Yohei Ohno.
Christine Christman resides in Leipsic, Ohio, and is graduating in December with a bachelor’s degree in art education. Upon completion of her degree, Christman will seek a teaching position in art for grades seven through 12.
Maggie Cohen is from Fort Thomas, Ky., and is majoring in children’s book illustration. After graduating from Findlay, she plans to pursue a master’s degree in art history.
Heather Leader is from Van Buren, Ohio, and will graduate with a bachelor of arts degree in art and marketing. After graduating, Leader plans to pursue a career as a graphic artist, utilizing the skills she has gained at The University of Findlay and from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
Yohei Ohno is from Ibaraki, Japan, and is majoring in art/graphic design. Ohno will attend art school next year and will graduate in 2002. He plans to pursue a job related to his major.
