SABAH Plans Benefit Event

Findlay, Ohio, May 7, 2001 — The Skating Association for the Blind and Handicapped (SABAH) will sponsor a benefit basket auction May 11-13 at the Findlay Village Mall, near K-Mart.

The event will include nine gift baskets in varying themes. A summer garden basket, a basket for teens, a basket for children, an evening for two basket and an auto/racing basket are each valued at $300. A chocolate basket is valued at $100, a family recreation basket is valued at $500, a Mother’s Day basket is valued at $400, and a golf basket is valued at $260.

Basket items were donated by: Lowes, Donna Ruse and Re/Max Realty, Quality Farm & Fleet, Dietsch Brothers, Cascades Women’s Health, Kids Books and Teacher Stuff, AMF Sportsman Lanes, Godfather’s Pizza, Kurt Nielsen Photography, Barb Shelhorst Discovery Toys, Saturn of Findlay, Spencer-Patterson Insurance, Rooney Clinger Murray Architects, Red Hawk Golf Course and Sycamore Springs Golf Course.

Tickets for the event are $1 for one ticket, $10 for 12 tickets and $20 for 30 tickets. Pre-sale tickets are available by calling Cindy Bregel at 423-4536.

Funds raised will benefit the Findlay Chapter of SABAH, which will offer its first class this fall
