UF Instructor Honored by National Organization

Findlay, Ohio, March 19, 2002 — Clark Bradley, instructor of western riding at The University of Findlay, has been named Professional Horseman of the Year by the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA).

Members of the Association of Professional Horsemen nominate and vote on professionals who have worked toward the future of the horse industry by being positive and innovative in business endeavors. The award is sponsored by Professional Choice Sports Medicine Products, a corporate partner of the American Quarter Horse Association.

Bradley is a two-time winner of the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) Futurity, served for two years as president of the NRHA and is a current member of that organization’s judge’s committee. He has been an NRHA director for 25 years. He has served as a judge for the AQHA. Bradley has won many times and in many classes at the All-American Quarter Horse Congress and is a recent inductee into the NRHA Hall of Fame.

He and his wife, Bonnie, have one son, C.R. They live in Findlay.
