Findlay, Ohio, April 5, 2002 — The University of Findlay, Defiance College, Bluffton College and Ohio Northern University have collaborated to offer the Second Office Support Staff Spring Conference April 23 at Ohio Northern University in Ada.

The theme for the conference is “Office Professionalism” and will include a workshop by Deborah Thomas-Nininger of DTN Productions International. She will discuss verbal impact, office protocol, front-line image, body language and e-mail/voicemail etiquette. During lunch, she will offer dining etiquette tips. The afternoon session will include a program by Lazarus Department Store on professional attire.

Scheduled during Administrative Professionals’ Week, the conference gives office staffs from each of the four colleges a chance to meet and network. More than 150 employees from the four institutions are expected to attend.
