Findlay, Ohio, Dec. 23, 2003 — The University of Findlay Board of Trustees has named Bruce K. Lee to serve as a trustee.

President and CEO of Fifth Third Bank in Toledo since 2002, Lee began his career in the banking industry in 1983 with Adrian State Bank in Adrian, Mich., where he held numerous positions. He worked with Trustcorp Bank of Toledo from 1984-88 and then became senior vice president and senior loan officer at Capital Bank, N.A., in Sylvania, Ohio, in 1988. When Capital Bank was acquired by Fifth Third Bank in 2001, Lee served as executive vice president of commercial banking until 2002 when he assumed his current duties.

A 1985 graduate of Siena Heights University in Adrian, Mich., Lee is a member of the Sylvania Country Club, the Toledo Club and the Ringneck Ridge Hunting Club. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for Siena Heights University, Medical College of Ohio at Toledo Foundation and Toledo Area Chamber of Commerce.

He is the father of two children, Michael and Evan.
