UF Office Re-organizes

Findlay, Ohio, Feb. 2, 2004 — The Office of Alumni and Parent Relations at The University of Findlay has adjusted its personnel to better serve its constituencies.

Jennifer Beall-Harp, formerly the assistant director of alumni and parent relations, has been named co-director of alumni and parent relations. Charles Shepard II, currently working as a development officer at UF, has added the responsibility of co-director of alumni relations to his duties.

Beall-Harp has worked with the University since 2000. Previously, she was program coordinator for The Arts Partnership of Greater Hancock County.

A 1998 graduate of The University of Findlay with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing, Beall-Harp has gone on to earn her master of business administration degree from UF.

She is a member of the Findlay Service League, a graduate of Hancock Leadership and has served in numerous volunteer positions within the community.

Shepard has been with UF since 2001, having previously served as coordinator of donor research. Prior to coming to the University, he was director of the Cobham Youth Program for the Salvation Army in Warren, Pa. He also spent time as interim director of the Salvation Army Community Center in Lexington, Ky.

A cum laude graduate of Asbury College with a bachelor’s degree in history, Shepard was a member of the History Honor Society. He participated in “Lead On,” a professional development program, and worked in several capacities with the Salvation Army Student Center. He is a graduate of Hancock Leadership.

Shepard is pursing his master of arts in liberal studies degree at the University, anticipating graduation in spring 2004.
